Services

28 Foot Systems provides AI infrastructure, automation, and consulting services as outlined in individual statements of work or engagement letters.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program Description: 28 Foot Systems operates an SMS messaging program for customer service, project updates, appointment reminders, and account communications.

How To Opt In: You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on the Asset Audit form at 28footsystems.com. Opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

How To Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send additional messages unless you opt in again.

How To Get Help: Reply HELP for help or contact us at hello@28footsystems.com.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You can typically expect 2–6 messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS service is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, design, code, and marks, is the property of After Today, LLC unless otherwise noted. Client-owned materials remain the property of clients per their engagement agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 28 Foot Systems and After Today, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Updates take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
